The Master in International Business (MIB) is a post graduate program that lasts a total of 18 months. The program is designed for the students to study in two or three world-class business schools in different countries in order to offer a double degree: the Master in International Business (MIB) by EGADE and another master degree title depending on which business school is chosen by the student to carry out the second part of the program. The options are:
- Master’s in European Business by ESCP-EAP (Ecole Supérieur du Comerce de Paris). The students can choose any of the ESCP-EAP campus in Paris, London, Turin, Berlin or Madrid.

OBJECTIVE
The main objective is to create executives capable to manage and lead world class companies, regardless of their geographical location, through the development of international leaders with a flexible and open mentality needed in a globally competitive environment, stimulating its creativity and innovation to solve complex problems and increasing its cross-cultural understanding from a competitive and strategic company planning point of view. The MIB is carried out, based on a multicampus infrastructure in different countries, with students all over the world, with an international faculty and international learning and cross-cultural experience replicating the real world international environment.
WHO IS IT DIRECTED TO?
The Master in International Business is designed for pre-experience students (or with a maximum of two years of work experience after finishing their bachelor degree) from any bachelor degree related or not to administrative areas (for example, Law, Engineering, Science, Social Sciences, Medicine) who wish to complement their education with an international world-class degree in business in a multi-country experience.
It is also appropriate for recent graduates with previous bachelor studies in an area related to business (for example, Accounting, Finances, Marketing), but who wish to generalize and internationalize their skills and knowledge in an international context, and above all, have an opportunity to apply their knowledge in a company in another country.
It is not an admissions requirement to have prior professional experience.
The program looks for to prepare the student to begin a successful professional career in general managerial areas and/or as company directors and as leaders in special projects in international companies all around the world; taking on leadership positions in functional areas within the organization or in general positions that support the direction of a company, especially in international business areas that require a combination of theoretical and practical knowledge and knowledge in technical (engineering) and social areas (business administration). |
