Admissions Processes and Policies
In general terms, the admissions process requires the following:
- Turn in an application for admissions (form in spanish) along with the required documents to the Academic Service Board of Directors (DISA). Along with the application, the complementary application for admission (form in spanish) must also be turned in.
- Take the Post Graduate Admission Exam or turn in the official score sheet from the GMAT and/or TOEFL depending on which corresponds.
- Admissions Committee Evaluation based on the results of the PAEP, professional career average and professional working career experience.
- If the application for admission is accepted, the inscription process will begin according to the academic calendar of the corresponding program.
- An interview with the Director of the MIB program.
- Some time a language test could be required depending on the partner school chosen.
Admission Polices
The admission policies for the programs offered by EGADE, are designed to select the best candidates. For this purpose, the school counts on an Admissions Committee that decides on weather to accept or deny the admission; this decision is irrevocable.
The committee selects the best candidates by evaluating and integrating their professional career average, their working experience and admissions exam score. Given that the number of students that can be admitted per program is determined every academic period, complying with only the minimum of the admissions requirements may not be enough to be accepted as part of the program requested. On the other hand, if the candidate has obtained at least 550 points in the admissions exam but does not count on one of the other additional requirements of the program requested, the Admissions Committee may consider that applicant as a candidate and as an exception, evaluate the application.
The admission decision is valid only for the academic period requested in the application. The candidate must request admission once again, for a following academic period in case of not being admitted in the requested academic term,
Admission Period
